Those are keloids that develop over scars, He probably got them from shaving cuts or other cuts to the face probably from a fight. My Old man had some on his chest from fighting off thugs both in the village and Buru City; tough gong he was....

When Adolphe's album is out we'll see who is gonna start saying Werra needs to recruit the other atalukus in Wenge Tonya Tonya. That first ataluku sounds more interesting than Bercy Muana, mark my words,will revisit this conversation sometime this year or next year!!
