No Koffi wanted to have Eboa for 13 Apotre but it didn't happen cause Werra won't let one of his musicians go and do some work for Koffi.

I know that but what does kaisari mean by ''he can't wait for the colabo'' when everyone knows it's impossible unless Eboa leaves Maison Mere.
