I like this guy for one thing. He is the only one who has "balls" to live that bunch (kibense, rio, segiun, jdl) and try to breath fresh air. I wish him success. Although he is taking ages to unlish his album.

What balls, he knew he was gonna be fired, he just didn't leave to start a solo career, he messed up by fighting a senior member of the band in the presence of other senior staff and on the premises of a close associate of the boss.

lol he always fires indirectly,even caludji who did arguably the thing he hates most on Earth was not directly fired
jb is a bit too soft(even though he does have like most leaders plenty of moments where he acts bad towards employees)

voila with jb its step by step thats why he does want already proven musicians to join his group
but i take it he will change a bit in future, there is a massive national fanclub reunion being done at very beginning of next year to give him and the group some of the points fans want improvement,and this type of pressure on him always paid off except telling to get rid of kibens for no reason loooooooool(sorry emo)

Kaisari, exact. And this is why he seems to be on the lower end of performance scale than werra and mopao. You see in life sometimes you have to do away with being wise to get better. Honestly what makes jb think he can change his music by keeping kibense, ficarre, segiun, jdl, rio, cellulaire, genta for decades? Come on, even a five year old knows the laws and rules of improving management effectiveness.

lol saying things how they are does not mean i agree with the way they are, on the issue of kibens and co alone jb refused to talk to me for over a year,like many artists which i had guts to criticize face to face
like i said before,because of that issue among others jb has put a big distance between him and the fanclubs and fans in general but they have decided enough is enough thats why they will be having a national reunion on sunday to start a revolution

That just confirms by deslike. If a bigger group is annoyed then i am not telling a lie by indicating that bcbg needs reforms. I suspect jb has signed a black magic pact with these singers and instrumentalists of his. How come he can only change through pressure? An artist who was was in wenge musica 4x4 should understand that aggressiveness is key not mediocre.

archos you can advice JB to keep the likes of Kibens,Rio and all the old guards for special live performances of old songs and use young guys for new albums. in essence he can elevate PPU to a more vibrant BCBG faction, may be he can make two strong factions but without using the old guards for new releases, with that the old guards can remain to supply the band and the young ones with songs and other moral support they may need to make it in the band. That i think will help him solve the puzzle around these old guys. Seriously BCBG is slowly falling off the competition! What is the rationale why JB did not release at this time? The guy had enough time but may be, I repeat may be they felt nervous to release it at this time.

then also its possible that jb wanted to release at the same time as koffi( and vice versa since koffi's album and clips is done and dusted for weeks now)

To me that is unnecessary excuse to say he wanted to release at the same time with Koffi because we know people have heard from Koffi this year in the name of Cindy's album but what about JB? Jb's main rival in this game is Werra and he should focus on releasing at a good time just to compete with others.In February he will be competing with himself.

yes indeed,the two last times bcbg fans got angry it wont something,the first after alain mpela's departure, they seriously damaged the then bcbg rehearsal venue, then the operation against kibens and co in favour of the young guys where fans where throwing pieces of wood or stones on stage,or trying to beat them once they leave their cars to go towards stage before concert or some even stormed at their houses late in the night to beat them so they are not able to walk properly let alone coming to concerts
hope this calms down quick,will be sad to see such situations again

actually tutu was the first to be targeted openly by fans at restaurant of his sister fideline(often dedicated in songs) about having become too lazy and big headed because of chef d orchestre role and then all other guys except chai were targeted for underproducing and overstaying
as a smart man,he turned the situation around in his favour by turning against his mates lol
then being reported to jb about having received 30 000 dollars from kinuani nailed it ;D ;D ;D
the person who truly stood for the young ones from internet days was maitre ficarré and if not for him argueing with jb in tshiluba during the studio sessions that francis solution song was taken off in kipe ya yo and replaced by a second kibens song (song which ended later in soyons serieux)
they would have pretended the song disappeared during file transfer from kin(this might make emo hate kibens and co more lol)

ahhahah yeah SLY ficarre deserves a lot of respect on that case,he actually withdrew his own song in favour of francis solution because producer decided to limit songs to 9 to avoid double cd,ficarré's was the tenth and in balance with rio's song and francis solution to be dropped and he accept to take his off so that at least francis solution is on cd,this is where he started thinking of his solo album which he has postponed
when emo will see the part about kibens.... :D :D :D :D

There is no need to have the old guards in bcbg, they are a done deal and defunct. Why should we need them for interpreting old songs? In Congolese music you only need a month of rehearsals and all songs are mastered.
Wenge bcbg has been dropping in the ranks due to complcency and lazyness brought in by the mikulis.A totally new vibrant team is needed to take jb back to the TH standard.
