First time am seeing Werra on such an interview at home and he's amazed me, he's showing his arrangement skills,very good strategy.

When wenge musica split, i went the jb mpiana route thinking werrason was no more. Today i look at my self in the mirror and call my reflection "foolish". He has taught me one thing in life : never be complacent and the only way to succeed is to take risks and to work with diverse skills to promote your goal.
I think God has rewarded him for being an employer.

werra is the perfect example of two things,first that you do not need to be excellent in everything to suceed,and you will last long in your career if you exploit your strength AND your weaknesses well
in my opinion,werra's biggest strength is actually having a weakness which is quite key in music,because of that weakness him or any intelligent will then make sure he uses the strengths he has to full extent
if only he could help out some of his clan wenge pals lol

Archos, guess the weakness you talking of is singing right? Anyway your analysis is fine except you forgot that werrason does not over-utilise non-functioning elements, he uses effective people.

exactly,he uses effective people pârtly because he needs more effective people aswel,on the other hand there is the person you are certainly thinking about who thinks the fact he dances well,sings well and has good looks is more than enough to please fans
