Title: Some Kinshasa residents say that Bercy is the evil one

They say he's the evil one because in his animation he says whoever has done bad to Werra is evil, and that person that does bad things to Werra is called Cheta. But they say it's actually Bercy himself who attacked Werra and not Ferre so logically it's Bercy who is the evil one.
