There is something that Werrason does to some of his boys. When they go solo, they make it somehow.

There is something that Werrason does to some of his boys. When they go solo, they make it somehow.
He does nothing, the only reason is that he depends on young boys to shine so by the time they leave his band they are well known and can stand on their two feet because they've done the hard work themselves, it's unlike the boys in BCBG or Ferre's band because JB Mpiana is the main man and so is Ferre, anyone who leaves Ferre's band will struggle a bit because Ferre steals the show, none of his musicians can outshine him but it's not the same for Werra.

Exactly and I want added that it is why Ferre don't give full songs to his musicians , i think it's a mistake but if you think about it except R kelly and Nicodem wich join WMM ( will see with chikito) but have we heard of a former musicians of Ferre or JB succeed ??

Most musicians who have left BCBG are now in diaspora and doing regular work and music for fun. Others have other priorities, it's nothing to do with JB Mpiana it's the artists themselves who choose their destiny. By the time Alain Mpela was leaving BCBG,he was well known, that was the case for Tutu Kaludji and many others,they released good albums.
Most musicians join Quartier Latin and Wenge Maison Mere for publicity, they know these two bands are the most competitive and the work culture is that of ''work hard and be known'' so by the time you leave people know you through music and controversy which the band leaders of the respective bands cause so it's not a surprise that former BCBG musicians go quietly and lead quiet lives, it's just their nature to be humble.
