release of late kester's album was suspended over issues about who'd benefit from the copyright
in fact a complaint had been filed by vieux kes' ex-wife who claimed to still be married to kester hence benefiting from everything about kester
this complaint was against kester's daughter afimiko,producer lolo mutima and staff member guy kimvula who were picked by kester in his testimony to cope with whatever is linked with kester's career of musician
and it has been proven that kester's ex and him were divorced so she lost the battle and now album can be release like kester wished in his testimony

kester really wanted to prove a point to most of those big names who mocked him and called him a past it artist whose lifestyle had gone completely downhill,so he sold many of his houses and saved one hell lot of money in any possible way to do that replica of the white house
took him ten years to finish that work
