Eldorado Ferre Gola's former composer,the man who wrote the songs maboko pamba,Detresse, Insecticide and many other hits for Ferre in his time with Les Marquis, Quartier Latin and in his solo career.

What's the latest on him, is his album still being recorded?

his album is recorded at advanced  level but he is  in east africa with one of his donors for a moment,maybe he was lacking funds

Oh i see, i hope he releases his album soon, he had planned to re-do some of the Ferre songs in the original format.

Speaking of songwriter in conflict with Ferre...Archos, any Idea when Do Akongo will release his album?
