one musician(in this case she's a dancer) who leaves a leader to go solo but realises at some point he is waisting his career,humbles himself and comes back

See we have a band here in Tanzania called FM Academia.

1 President unlike Werrason, he is just there to control the Band.

You want to leave, Goodluck.

You leave in good terms - you are always welcomed home when things get worse on your solo or other projects.

You leave in bad terms, you are still welcomed home but this time you stay back stage for 6 months to one year.

IMPORTANT KEY - They do not care who leaves the Band, even when the president is on leave for three months, the Band performs as normal as not body left.
