The so call look like is a average singer at best and he has a voice of a person who with hard work  managed to train his voice to a minimum decent singer but nothing special.

exactly but he kind of "saved" that thing with his confidence,he was almost acting like he has been used to been a member of the group,not some random badly dressed guy who comes to wenge to totally change his life
