please can someone translate it
In short he says that before the split, the idea of Monsieur Simon and J.B. Mpiana was to fire Werrason, due to his bad behaviour towards bandmembers (insult them for no reason, not paying them,etc.), which caused the departure of Japonais Maladi, Mulala, Zulema & Carine Evoloko before returning to Kinshasa. But Didier Masela saved Werrason by blocking that decision of J.B., thinking that it would be bad for Werra's family,etc. Then he says that the relationship between Didier, J.B. and Werrason were not bad like people think and that they were still talking to each other, but things changed when Alain Makaba came from Europe to Kenya and gave them alot of money, which caused indirectly the slipt. He also reveals that when Blaise Bula started Wenge BCBG at his house that every member of Wenge was present there, even Aldophe Dominguez. While Didier Masela and Werrason were left alone and that he conviced Aldophe to become member of Maison Mere by appointing him as President in front of Koffi Olomide and Werrason.

Wenge musica was truely a trend setter in the 90s...masela is right extra musica, quartier Latin all copied wenge....I like his honesty about the group's dynamics, how he always played the peace maker despite werra and jb's egos

Damn,he's really hit hard, only JB Mpiana will be smiling after watching this interview. Just some additional points of interest. ;D ;D ;D.......he takes a swipe at Werrason for pleading for small Heritier,he also takes a swipe Ferre whom he calls an ingrate for saying he came from Quartier Latin when it is Wenge which made him who he is and for once he says it's not Werra who recruited everyone including Ferre. They all introduced musicians. On Ferre,he says he was spotted in a small band in Bandal when Wenge was playing at a show,Ferre was taken to Wenge's stage where he auditioned in front of everyone, Masela was impressed with his voice which appreciated more than Aimelia's so that's how Ferre was recruited. He also talks about how he recruited Ali Mbonda and Adolphe who was doing some dancing with Defao's band at the time. He says Blaise Bula was introduced by JB etc
Masela also talked about Werra's ingratitude because he asked younger musicians to insult/undermine Masela when it was he Masela who stood by Werra's side when he was about to be kicked out of Wenge by JB and Simon of SIPE Productions for his bad management(when musicians started leaving the band due to Werra's attitude and language) and failure to pay musicians.
Fabregas was not spared too, Masela indirectly said what Fabregas is doing is not music. ;D

The way how Aldophe Dominguez became president of Maison Mere, was also the way how Christian Mabanga became Chef d'Orchestre of Maison Mere. Otherwise we would see Aldophe Domiguez and Christian Mabanga at the Bataclan-concert with Wenge B.C.B.G.

Very funny that Adolphe & Christian were hoodwinked no wonder Werra was on a mission to undermine them so that they make their way out as soon as the band had proved that it would be popular with younger singers like Ferre.

i finally had time this morning to watch this interview after 8 hours of clan wenge concerts yesterday,and masela ngwakazi samabatcho le general kweck is absolutely spot on on everything he said about wenge,he even imitated exactly jb's gesture when simon influenced him to force nsone out(he used the same technic with extra musica clan by the way) :D :D :D
masela met ali mbonda who was then with bozi boziana and had not made it on europe tour,ali was playing in a bar and masela took him to join wenge
ferre joined at a bandal concert indeed,and that day in the group rumba des jeunes they sang one or two of their songs then ferre did a tabuley song,koffi who was then very close to werra was there also since the concert was not far from his house of then
adolphe,ferré and mabanga all went to blaise's rehearsals and both became chiefs when maison mere started
the musicians received 1000 dollars each as to show them that since werra did not pay them,if they joined "simon's plan" they will have a better life,once again same thing with extra musica splits
as for the question of japonais,he joined maison mere because he was paid to do so,simple as that, and promised a monthly salary
kija brown,king teckyla,tshiba tshibasu...were requested by werra to catch him wherever he is and propose him money to come back to kin,and japonais gave them a hard time to get hold of him because he prefered staying in europe to be a session artist then they had to plan something so that they can surprise him and almost "take him by force"
if i remember he remained in paris,but its in belgium that they "caught" him as he moved as to make their plan fail
werra's initial plan was to get ficarré but too hard since ficarré was then partly leaving at jb's house with alain mpela and arrival from brazza of kibens
one thing which surprised me though in interview is masela's age,it was always know he was born in 1964 but himself said here 1966,so werra,marie paul,ficarré,aimé bwanga and are all older,then same age with adolphe

The problem with Extra Musica was similair, but Mr. Simon could only convice Quetin, Durrel, Regis Touba and Pinochet Thierry while with BCBG he had almost the whole band.

i doubt jb or nsone will ever talk deeply about wenge again,they consider it like past and think that people do not need to know it since now both had careers which fulfilled their personal ambitions,its easier for the guys around them to speak

i see what you mean( by the way these days you always seem disagree with me and hint indirectly about some fanatism after one of my posts lol) but simon has a long history of doing that,starting from zaiko, clan extra,clan wenge and even werra publicly threw shots at him in interviews that he had a bad influence on his "colleague" to break the group for his profit( back in the days he refused to mention names) and added" that"s his job anyway,already did it with zaiko and even les marquis,still him"

Lol how else will you know I am following the stories if I don't ask...back to the break-up almost all bands have mirroring stories.
