she says for her heritier does not look like a leader and he already had all advantages leaders have while in maison mere anyways,so he could have stayed and gives example of papa ndombe who remained in ok jazz until his death
she says she is not doubting heritier's talent nor wishing him to fail but in her opinion he was already in a very good position in maison mere
after that she says the success of fally made too many guys like bouro and soleil for example ruin their career thinking they would do well as solo artists,but not everyone are born charismatic leaders and that also with guys like fabregas doing well heritier maybe felt it would be dishonorable for him to remain a group member
about fally,she regrets that he listened to staff members but hopefully one day he will listen to his own mind and give her the recognition she deserved

it is true that not everyone is built to be a leader but everyone should be master of their own destiny. anyone who has dreamed of being a leader of a band should pursue it if their heart leads them in that direction.

I understand what she is trying to convey but at the same time why is there question marks when it comes to Heritier doing his own thing, he looked a leader in Maison Mere so why can't he lead on his own he is a big boy now

Concerning voice yes Heritier needs to cut out the excessive high notes and train harder to have a stronger voice. It is still not heavy yet
