bro its not that anormal,especially in africa people come for all types of background,i know a guy who is a wewa for example and he said to me he will also be a candidate,as a citizen its their right after all,and who knows? we've seen how crap many of the guys who studied at yale or la sorbonne of paris(some have bought their diplomas lol) for example are
also i believe in the case of adolphe,he is "victim" of the image of tata mobitch,maybe after all adolphe ebondja is a very different person,who knows
he's been planning it for a long time,in his native region of maniema where he is candidate, and where he has  an  orphanage,had started a project to get some electric energy to some villages and stuff like that,he wanted to be candidate in the previous one but was advised to get some more experience first to understand politics

It's like that in most democratic, America too. I even can run for a political office. Nothing wrong with that.
