so far wazekwa,karmapa,jb,werra all performed once already,the likes of brigade,chai ngenge,fally  and ferre depending on their schedule, bill clinton,maybe heritier in august,fabregas are announced to follow

I know for ages this festival is going on, but what is it actually about? It is organized on what basis? To show the Congolese musical palette at one place, or what is the idea behind it?

 basically there is a fair at that place, with concerts,games,plastic art and so on... it happens in summer
in the past it used to start on 2nd of july but then with time it changed
