yes he has been planning it since 2012,but waited a bit to make sure he is now able to fill it,and ofcourse because of combattants aswell
in one of my recent trips to drc i happened to have meet him and wazekwa chilling together at hotel du fleuve and both were talking about madison square they dream to play at one day aswell

Fally can easily fill a Bercy, the only problem is how will he deal with those combatufis.
