mpiano said a couple of very deep and important things at the end,which are way bigger than music
he talked about a friend of his whose wife was pregnant and had to have ceserean,and hospital refused to do it unless the guy paid...and thats a massive problem hundreds if not millions of guys die like that every year in kin and he says to doctors please in those emergency cases forget a bit about money and take care of the person's life first
other strong message was for kids who'd want a lot of new clothes for coming start of school year,he says kids must not be pissed if they happen to start again with old uniforms,because the country is in huge crisis and their parents might not have money to afford some things so they must focus first and foremost on their education and one day they might become important people who knos

"this guy" said he is not rushing to release to make sure album is as strong as possible and that it will be out soon
as for the dead wood...well he did not talk about that at all

You also sound the same in your responses because you have chosen to stick wool in the ears and you hate following what your heart informs you. This guy jb is difficult to ignore because of the shock he has created in fans. Aimelia lias has spoken so we are not odd to be talking the way we do.

DJ sly emo's right kibens and co are becoming a problem for JB and bcbg even other people are noticing it former members are even acknowledging it and JB just chooses to ignore it, its not good for the group's image people are laughing at them i mean if you look at other groups for example maison mere, QL, F victeam and so on and compare them to bcbg they can't even compete against them because their's not even a comparison most guys in bcbg have run their course they should just accept it and move on and stop thinking they're still the same as they were more then 10 years ago

EMO and CMPRINCE, my only point is that whether we keep trashing JB and his dead wood here, nothing will change so sometimes we should just ignore or rather comment on the positive things we see in the video but hey, it's democracy, if people want to trash JB every minute am fine with it.
The fact that I like JB does not mean i like the way he handles his career, if i was JB's manager or close friend i would have used Werrason's traditional ways of kicking out those guys who don't want to leave but who knows, maybe they are more than his staff and friends,some could be distant relatives so he finds himself in a tight corner so until they leave on their own or they mess up, we are yet to see more of them and am not happy about that either but i can't do fuckall about it, it's JB's problem. ;D ;D

and i control myself alot,its been like 7 months that every single topic i post about jb no matter what end up the same way,so i decided to open that very adapted topic,i have absolutely no problem about criticism itself , jb is not my father or my brother and he has ignored him for months sometimes because of honest criticism..there is even shamala who used to post a lot about him who is doing it less and less because he sees whats happening...

I like JB too even though when wenge split I sided with werra and followed maison mere i still did keep up to date with bcbg but then i stopped following them for a few years and i was surprised to see that kibens, rio, genta and others were still in the band haha ;D ;D

For me, JB Mpiana and Ferre are my top favoured stars but that doesn't mean i like all their music, there are particular songs i skip from their albums and it is the same for other artists' music too. There was a time when i never appreciated Fally so i was always critical but then i realised that i was just being foolish, he had his own fans he was pleasing with the sort of music he does,i still kept following Fally then i realised how unique he is so now he's one of my favourites, i skip some of his songs too.
Coming back to the likes of Kibens and company,i respect Kibens because i know he's been there for JB Mpiana and other clan Wenge senior musicians from way back, the man is not the best looking guy and his dancing and singing has no wow factor but this is the guy that has helped JB Mpiana with music composition and arrangement for decades so i ask myself, why should JB Mpiana just kick him out for no apparent reason? Do we know if Kibens actually has a written contract and wouldn't he sue JB for wrongful dismissal if fired without reasonable cause. The likes of Rio and others are also average but they've been loyal moreover, things changed from the album Quel est ton problem when JB Mpiana decided to fuse the reserve band PPU with the main band BCBG and just remain with a reserve band which is more less like a music academy were new recruits who show some signs of being good in future so the young musicians like Abraham and others are sharing the limelight with the likes of Rio and Kibens, look at Abraham for instance, he's been given permission and resources by JB Mpiana to release an album, why didn't JB Mpiana do it for Rio, Kibens or JDL,why did he pick Abraham? JB may be lazy but he knows what he's doing. Those old guys will not be around for a long time,there time will come to move on. I was watching an interview of Rio, he said when his time comes,he'll not join another band, he will be doing other things.

Sly.....i doubt whether kibense or rio has signed a pact with jb that makes jb to avoid giving them retirement letters. Bcbg cant be that different from QL or Maison mere. The point is jb mpiana has no 'balls' to get rid of them directly not even indirect. Secondly , jb has no motivation to kick them out since he is no longer in competition with anyone musically. Believe me, if jb had a serious rival in music and music was his food, which is no longer the case, he probably would have did something to kick them out today. And i forgot one thing, he is not innovative.

I have given different probable reasons as to why JB has not kicked them out ,the major one being that they have not done anything wrong so where does he start from? He's got a different management style, he's not like Werrason who let's fans choose who should go or not and pits his musicians against each other on stage. Yes, Werrason wants the best out of his musicians and clearly it's for a reason, it's the youngsters who make him who he is whilst it's different for JB who is the focus.
