Title: A combatant threatens to beat up Fally when he goes back to Paris

He's just butthurt because Fally played a concert in DC and says for all the young combatufi to beat him up when he comes to Paris. This is a act of terrorisim and he should be put in jail.

He might get people to do something, but even if they don't you can't just make threats like that. It's a jailable offense I bet if he made a threat to the French president no matter how big it is the authorities  will atleast look at it.
