na esprit ya bien,this should not happen on tv,you have koffi who has or had most musicians on contracts and paid them,wazekwa who transfers on musicians's bank accounts,and the rest who sometimes give something to their musicians,but its never shown on tv

What's this boy's bio? he comes from a rich family? He was quick to release songs and do videos after leaving Maison Mere and he seems serious with his work. He says he has no contract with any producer so who is funding him?

i think it could make the musicians become more demanding,or the fact the guys saw "there is money" they will bring to the table new problems every week( my wife will give birth,my son is sick,my sister this,my brother that...) Or also robinho may have loads of musicians applying for a job from that,and its possible that from that he is not able to cope anymore,it happened so much times with musicians who announced they pay or showed it on tv

But wouldn't they come anyways expecting to get paid even if the boss doesn't do it in public, Ferre brought Nicolas a Audi so a drummer or another musician can come to Ferre's group expecting a Audi or another car. So with that Ferre might not be able to or want to buy musicians cars. And plus the musicians themselves in interviews say that their boss pays them so the boss might as well can put it on TV/Interview when he pays people if his musicians are saying that.

Archos has given you the answer i wanted to give you. Such things should never be done in public, he's simply showing off even Koffi who is richer than all of them does not pay his staff on camera.
You say Ferre bought Nicolas an Audi, yes, that happens a lot in all bands, musicians make requests and others are simply given presents to keep them loyal to the band and in recognition for their hardwork, others just receive their usual allowances and don't complain because they know their contribution to the success of the band is minimal take a boy like Cellulaire at BCBG for instance, why would he complain that JB Mpiana has bought a house for Genta Lissimo the lead ataluku when he knows he(Cellulaire) does fuckall for the band.
