I have seen the clip before so can't go back in detail to check what he was saying and to whom but this was a normal pre-concert sound check. He was also telling off some of his band members for sounding sleepy on the mic,I think Muana Congo or someone had lost their voice etc and Ferre was saying this guy slept at the cemetery and his voice has remained there or something like that. Later in the evening he was warning his staff as they were dispersing to go home and dress up, he gave them transport money to go and return on time etc and just on that, there is a difference between what Robinho did, Ferre did not have a video shoot specifically to show him paying his staff, the camera man was covering him wherever he went and that's how they captured him paying his staff.

Thanks Sly...I could see Ferre getting angry and angry. Also the mi-solo had issues which they sorted out. We only get to see the concert but behind it it is a big job.
