Looks like he wanted to put the left arm around him for more close up /intimate looking selfie. Its a good thing he now has security on stage at all times at the DC show he left himself open and a male fun ran up on stage and gave him a bear hug; wierd moment it was.

Looks like he wanted to hug him and take a selfie,bad reaction by Fally or maybe he just didn't expect that, normally it's money they give or stand next to the singer then someone in the audience takes a picture. ;D
