Basically, he was caught out before he could even finish with his songs. Most musicians in bands start preparing songs way in advance of their departure that's why most of them release fairly quickly after leaving a major band to go solo. Someone betrayed him.

Sly I agree but he needs to move with speed before we forget about him.

Unless we want him to release something substandard, let him work at his pace so that we have quality material. ;D
