He says the way artists have been given medals is his project he's been fighting for during years but he was somehow excluded of it the day it happened and when he came there people were unhappy and he felt mistreated a bit as from every one there he is the one who got told at last minute to help some of the old artists who cannot walk properly anymore to go and receive their medals and even had to take them to closets and so on but when he came to the party organized at a restaurant after the ceremony those artists were not happy to see him around
he says tshala muana was the first artist to believe in him,back in 2006 when he started and that most other artists only contacted him when they needed him for example koffi when hono kapanga got assaulted,rather that contacting him to help other artists
there are guys like karmapa or ferre to name a few who call themselves the kings of rumba but did not even dare show up whenever there were tributes to franco or anything related to that
still about ferre he expresses his anger about a behaviour shown when he called him to seek for help for ex empire bakuba dancer who was on the verge of dying after a serious stroke,but he thanks the likes of fabregas,doudou adoula for their help
he says he called ferre as an emergency to ask him to help with the 250 dollars missing so dominique mabua is allowed to have scansin order to avoid his death ferre said he was in hurry because he was going to airport,and he took a taxi and arrived at ferre's house but when he called ferre to say he has arrived ferre rejected his call,and he felt humiliated but once on his way back he called ferre with another number and ferre picked up and angrily told him" anyway when i lost a dancer you did nothing for me"(at that time chaka kongo went in other congolese cities to assist some artists there but expressed support when he came back) and he is disappointed with ferre's attitude, ferre should not forget that even though he is a star now he is still a younger guy than many many guys in the industry so he must show respect and compassion because his success wont last forever,primus wont be there forever to give him hefty contracts
he then talks about the medals given again saying he is very unhappy with how jb and werra got treated,they deserved much much more respect for what they did in their career,he also regrets treatment given to some comedians and to papa lufua,the man who did ekeko ya fikin(a legendary statue of a man playing mbonda in front of fikin,which atalaku pajo mentioned recently)
he admits that koffi deserved his medals,and says that koffi was in kin when the medals were given but he does not know why he didnot attend the ceremony,(and went afterwards for something personal were all attention was on him)
he bemoans the lack of unity within congolese artists but says unfortunately it will never change because they do a lot of harm to each other and he hope ferre and fally would make a positive difference to other rivalries but their rivalry is actually worse than the previous ones
he says koffi is a well organized guy and if he can change his attitude and be more open to other artists it will be something great
He reveals that his next big project to convince authorities create mutual health company for artists to avoid the evergrowing cases of artists dying because of lack of funds

Ferre has played Franco songs, he's even did a throwback concert doing all the songs from the 70/80s. And how is the Fally and Ferre rivalry worse?
