Guys, this is part of congolese music and culture that is why it is called polemique or polemic in English, Congolese musicians have been playing this game since time immemorial, for as long as they don't directly mention each others names or involve families directly they can do their banter,never take it too personal.

yes indeed but marchouse is far too agressive,you can clearly read on his face that if not for marie misamu buried just hours ago he was so eager to explode and presenter trying to control him like 90 per cent of the time
at least most of the other polemic guys add a lot of fun in it so its accepted more easily but marchouse gets more serious and agressive by every next interview, he was quite funny for example at times when there was that beef with werra
if he can revert a bit to how he was in past months it would be cool,the opinion most people have in comments these days say a lot only ferre fans are 100 per cent behind him whereas even some maison mere fans laughed at some stuff he said about them
or how sankara makes people from all groups laugh with his polemic

Ferre comes on as a timid person and that is what I think Marchouse is trying to exploit. He would go out of his way to step on toes all in the name of "I'm rooting for my boss"(for Ferre seems too cool to fight for himself)...And by the time Marchouse leaves Ferre's band, Ferre would get to see that he has made more enemies than necessary through his untamed Spokesman, the razor-tongued Marchouse. That is what happens when a supposed leader has got no control over the people he leads. This guy keeps burning bridges for Ferre yet he has not been able to call him to order. It is a pity!
We all know Congolese music has been thriving on polemique for quite some time but I believe Congolese musicians can still be successful without tearing one another down.

Marchouse is not trying to exploit anyone,he is not the official spokesperson of the band but he is been given similar powers and Ferre Gola is very happy with him infact Ferre allows no one else to ''attack'' apart from Marchouse and the official spokesmen. Ferre may look timid but he knows what he is doing. Non of the major Congolese music leaders goes on tv to say rubbish about the other directly,it's all indirect language,even the spokesmen themselves avoid mentioning names directly, they give nicknames to refer to their rivals and that is what Marchouse has been doing. In as much as i didn't like what Marchouse is alleged to have said and am not defending him,I don't think he mentioned someone directly so he should not have been detained in the first place but if he did say Fally is gay directly then even that is not something he should have been arrested for,Fally should have just taken legal action to teach Marchouse and others a lesson,that is the only way to sort out this mess in Congolese music.
It is undeniable that apart from Fally Ipupa, all the major congolese artists today capitalised on polemique to propel their careers to greater heights. It's always been Koffi vs Wemba, Koffi vs Wazekwa,Koffi Vs JB ,Koffi Vs Werra, JB vs Werra, Ferre vs Fally(even though Fally ignores Ferre) .
