roger explains that the reason bcbg stopped public rehearsals is that it became like semi-concerts and with musicians' fans and friend around it was hard to tell the guy in public he did a mistake in singing or playing guitar ( or even jb himself ) because it created unnecessary noise from the crowd
and for them rehearsal is meant to be focused on working to create new stuff rather than play full songs which fans request at concerts already
roger says that people want jb to get rid of all the experienced guys but they dont know how vital they are towards younger guys in studio or rehearsal,some youngsters take half a day in studio to get just a sentence right in tune in studio and that there are groups who have got rid of experienced guys and it lead to the group losing its identity
he says there are young guys coming for tests every week and that in one of the concerts where he was the promoter,there was 4 atalakus tested and one of them has impressed and is now accepted in the group,there is now 16 young female dancers in the group(as zambrotta' and co are getting into family life one by one)
roger rejects responsability on musicians about their promotion saying they are just a bunch of lazy guys who think they are mini-jb's and who are most interested about women than their career
mosaka laughs at rumous that he created rebel group with kibens abraham seguin and genta and says so far the only guy they are not seeing anymore is his petit cellulaire (since that day were jb shouted at him for wasting his time in studio) and that he already warned cellulaire long ago that he was too reliant on genta's success and if genta were to leave his lazyness would be exposed big time and he offered fusée that second atalaku spot on a plate because of being so lazy
and roger adds that cellulaire became useless and jb tried his best to get him to wake up but nothing changed and he surely is hurt by fusee's rise which is why he goes missing now and he faults jb somehow for having to big a heart because there are other guys in the situation of cellulaire( and surprisingly not necessarily the guys some would expect) and he does not fire them he keeps them in the group and tries to motivate them to bounce back and also he fears people's judgement because after all its a job lost unlike some other leaders who force guys out as soon as they get a guy of a similar profile or some who even deal with musicians depending on their humor of the moment

JB Mpiana promotes his artists? By the way, when I saw your thread, I got some sign of relief thinking we could hear of numbers of singers who have actually left. As it stands, your thread is like yesterday's news.

obviously not as agressive as his pal werra who surely needs that more aswell(no disrespect,and it has slowed down compared to the past btw) but he gives them songs and albums,exactly the same conditions that the maison mere guys then the guys are prepared into the agressive marketing system of maison mere eg being very present on tv,doing a bit of show up at times to show things are really going well in the group and so on(notice that some who just do not have that character like cafe roum have a particular career)
on the opposite bcbg's guys are more into blindly trying to be laid back and extremely rare whereas they cant afford it yet, they have to fight to earn themselves the reputation their colleagues of maison mere get
back on departures,like i said indeed there is status quo,only cellulaire seems to have given a clear position but there are many many guys hesitating thats for certain

unfortunately EMO I was watching a recent interview with seguin he was asked about him overstaying in the group and he simply replied that if he leaves what's he gonna do and where's he gonna go so it seems he'll be in bcbg forever but kibens and rio will be gone soon give it a couple of years

These old guys in bcbg have no brains....common sense....pride ....etc. It is clear that jb is looking at younger talent now and is showing them that he is tired. Problem is jb has no balls to tell them.

yes rio and kibens are far more likely to leave than seguin,another thing i found interesting and a bit worrying aswell is that seguin said he had the clips of echauffement on a hard disk but is still waiting for jb's authorization to give it to tv's
we are in 2016 and it almost does not exist anymore to have generiques with still no clip after almost two months

ken "mpiana" who is the guy who introduced cellulaire in the group back in 2000 said something which sum up cellulaire 's last years for me,he tried to wake cellulaire up about his lack of work for a long time and possibility to have bought animation to hide his laziness cellulaire replied " i count on nobody in music i only count on my sorcerers to make things go well for me"
well they sure did a great job to have him stuck to that 2nd position for such a long time while making no effort

Jb is an idiot.....i am upset. How on earth can one lose sakoko? And continue living with kibense? Shit. I also see zulema.....abel....soso....and the likes leaving. This band is a mockery to fans.

from that lot i mentioned cellulaire is the one with the seemingly clearest situation,jb fed up of his laziness,relationship with genta broken over his treatment of fusee...as for sakoko and the rest of the men mentioned it could be well be just an upset and they'll return like rio and boguys left in 2010 when they were left in kin or i am also hearing that somebody is behind all this which is why rumours just dont go away

Archos...is Oliver Mbonda the long time no.2 still around? Also from dvds there is a third bassist after Benji and Sunda..would you know his name.

by the way about zakoko i am hearing that he has not left but rather he has been sick for a while and when he recovers they'll have a talk,because prior to his illness there was some tension with a couple of guys
besides,i am watching on tv an interview of caludji with papy mboma and he was asked an honest opinion on current bcbg and he said clearly that the guys are not helping jb in terms of image of the group because jb spends one hell lot of money to make sure the group is well but musicians are not paying him back,but he gave example of genta and seguin who do a lot of efforts to relieve some pressure on jb's shoulders and it hurts him as a bcbg fan that the rest are not promoting themselves and the group enough

16 years exactly since TH lol but is it laziness not so sure he is just a naturally very stubborn guy who for a long time wanted every second of his solo album to be recorded in europe then recently changed his mind with his home studio getting better and better
i think he puts too much pressure on him to reproduce th or feux d l amour standard or even better with a clearly less good overall team
as for balle de match,i often speak with musicians they keep confirming that recording was done by december but even them do not know why jb has not released yet( surely again his stubborness about something)
the time he takes to release always make me wonder if those who are fed up with that would not have been even more upset if he released more often but average(i am tempted to name some who gambled in releasing very average stuff just for the sake of being present but i wont lol :D :D)
maybe jb (and werra) should be more selfish and only do solo projects now?the stick they get for "just 2 3 solo albums each" is quite insane

I do understand why JB & Werra don't release solo-album because you like at those 4 albums the quality is absolutely high question is if they can replicate it again, JB has no excuse listen to Quel Est ton Probleme and tell me if him and his team don't have the talent they do JB will truly face decline if he doesn't get productive but that's fine to him because he has a solidified career and is already a legend but what about the young ones for me that just too selfish and stubborn.

yes thats what i am saying,jb has turned into a man of reaction and not a man of action,i'll avoid to post his interview in brazza where he went to sign contracts for balle de match release lol because he still made those comments about not giving a damn about pressure and that being active does not mean release hundreds of average album,it will make emo angry :D :D :D :D

Archos......if you did talk to jb last year why have things not changed? So even if you talked to him today nothing will. By the way we all know jb is star. And if so...why take ages to find a good promotor this time? For a hyped up album?

because he is very difficult to deal with,pushes for the most possible money he could get, but i hear this time he really is decided to make an effort about all what is about image and promotion,the three clips of single echauffement are meant to be dropped today for example
meanwhile he is in paris now discussing with factories and doing posters again
