This concert took place in Brussels at "Salle des Nobles" on 31 December 1998. It was the last concert of Quartier Latin from the Europe-tour '98, before touring in Africa (Zambia, Zimbabwe & Tanzania) and to return in Kinshasa to perform at Stade des Martyrs.

It was the last concert of Dolce Somono, Lebou Kabuya, Bouro Mpela, Rosette Kamono, Zina Bilawu & Youyou Tchivundu who all decided to stay in Europe and J.F. Ifonge was presented as new Quartier Latin-member in this concert.
