in fact, back in early 90's,businessman and traditional chief david matadikibala offered the 4 administrators plus blaise sites to build whatever they want on,and blaise was the most advanced in building,he reached a level where he only lacked a roof,and roof is called in french "tole" and he had to go and see friends to ask for money to finish his house and for fun he nicknamed that " operation matolo,somba ba tole"
and nowadays i wonder if there is a lingala speaker who does not use that word :D :D :D :D
