he is meant to get an authorization from espoir's parents but they are refusing whereas they kicked the kid out,and fally also planned to take him to europe to record his album and live with his own kids but it seems it has been denied,so fally could well be force to give him back to his parents or back in the streets

I remember asking the same question, the best move would've been to consult with the parents right on initial contact.

yeah but the parents were nowhere to be found at the beginning,espoir was living in streets for months i am pretty sure they have seen their kid on tv now and kind of changed their mind and want to take profit of it

It's always very difficult for young child to experience stardom then return to a normal life, especially the conditions Espoir lived in. Hope for the best for this kid, good thing Fally kept him in school.

I am sure you're familiar with Cuban Elian Gonzalez that had to be returned back to his parents from US to Cuba. If anybody can adjust its kids.Besides he is still famous, Anelka just failed to follow the proper channels.

I tried to seek for more infos and actually fally did try to see him and give him back to his parents at the beginning,and espoir would just be provided money for school but the parents refused and called espoir a "child witch" and rejected it
and as i suggested earlier surely the fact the kid has been shown on various tvs singing or pictures of him with fally at fally's birthday changed their mind
to be honest fally was basically reluctant to even do something for espoir because he thought those who do not like him will use it again him and people would talk a lot and say silly things and he already had enough talking about himself,its guys around like naty lokole and a couple of others who convinced him to go for it no matter what and ignore criticism

It kinda remind me the Macaulay Culkin situation after home alone went out, anyway I hope the kid stay with Fally. Parents seem to be interested just in the money and the fame of the kid, while Fally even not knowing the situation between him and leader espoir has a good heart we all know

Evidently, this boy's parents are not responsible. If to go by what Archos said that Fally tried returning the boy to his parents and they turned him down claiming he is a 'witch'; how come they suddenly changed their minds about the boy overnight and want him now? Poverty has turned some African parents to serious gold diggers! They gave birth to children they could not cater for; throw them out into the streets calling them witches. It is only in Africa and Asia that we get to see this barbaric act(s) towards children out of sheer irresponsibility.
If they refuse to allow Fally carry out all he has planned for the boy,he should just make sure the guy gets some good education. That would help the boy decide what he wants to do with his life later for he would have grown well enough to take as make decisions for himself. And Fally's help would never be forgotten in a hurry.

No, not just in Africa or Asia, in Europe some mothers throw their kids on the garbage after their born, so don't be so stereotyped please, even in USA, how many teen moms give their child away?

Mampenza,nobody is being stereotypical here please. You don't have to get all emotional simply because I said African and Asian parents act funny with their children. We all know it happens in other climes but it is very prevalent in these two continents. So I know what I'm talking about. Thanks.

when you say things like 'only in african and asia' you are being stereotypical by making grand generalizations of whole people. not only were you being stereotypical your statement is just factually incorrect.
