I’m sorry I respect CNN he’s one of my favourite atalakus, I also respect Suzuki, Binda Bass Cambodge and Fofo and I like the show of unity but this is a badddd look for Heritier. He just did a Mpiaka at his last concert and now he’s singing at a local restaurant with these guys. Fally and Ferre fans are gonna roast him even harder now.
Why? Its not an official show? It wasn’t advertised. You see plenty big artists who turn up to local shows to support. Don’t make a big deal out of this, its not thst deep
Lol name me 3 big artists that do this?
Drake, Skepta & Giggs have all done it all 3 big superstars. Its about supporting
Hahahaha you’re joking right? I’m talking about Congolese artists you can’t compare Heritier to those guys. Now name three Big CONGOLESE artists that do it
They should do it more TBH
Congolese artists need to drop the 'I'm too cool for school' bullshyt attitude they have. From time to time, show some love to the genre, your peers, and the community.
I don't see why people will go this concert: no famous guests, no new cri, no new successful song, etc.
He has enough financial backing to buy tickets and give them away, but there is no enthusiasm.
Even if he fills the venue, he needs to drop a big album next time. All that talking ain"t enough. Dude is 4 albums deep and still 0 classic album and just one classic song. Not enough to bark at Ferre.
I don't think he confirmed the Manicke's story about Lebou and Aliyah (personally I don't believe this one)
He said that Koffi took one of the musician's girl. It can't be Lebou and Aliane because JF said that he was there, but when JF joined QL, Aliane was already with Koffi and Lebou stayed in Europe
But what he said about Koffi and Fally sounds true. Koffi seems tone totally powerless in front of Fally...
nahh suzuki is between 12 and 15 years older i think you can tell that koffi is lacking an experienced figure around him to help him out in choice, for example how sam or suzuki in their time would be consulted to propose a lineup for a tour,or depitcho's influence on the generation bercy and even with his music he clearly lacks now that impact from musicians, just because he finds songs cool with that rubbish programmed drums things is enough for him to overhype his imminent release of remix,he'd do a perfect arsenal coach with his ability to overhype things
Those cheap programmed drums he’s been using at his home studio has made his recent works unlistenable for me. It’s almost unbelievable to be he went from having the best drum/bass/mbonda tuning setup in his classic works to having amateur hour instrumentals, with overboosted bass to compensate.
No matter what age we are, we need a trusted advisor who will give a reality check and guidance on situations. His previous Staff Executif de Quartier Latin which had a number of notable figures, has been reduced to a bunch of yes-man for years now and it shows.
I see Bouboul, who are the other people in the picture?
There’s no way Zoe Bella was born in 1964 lol that would make him older than all the Wenge guys and surely it would’ve been brought up a long time ago. He looks to be at least the 1968 to 1972 generation.
Also Spino sometimes lies in his interviews here he says he came up with lyrics for Koffi’s number one but they were already rehearsing that song in the droit de veto vhs which was way before he arrived.
Yep, Spino is a funny dude but his interview should be taken with more than a grain of salt
It's the fifth time about hearing someone saying that Werrason used to play bass in La Geneva. But many wmm-fans often claim that it's false and that Werrason never played in another band than Wenge Musica.
Is it true about Zoe Bella being from 1964? How could he except to become part of Les Mineurs ? Now I see how Emeneya kept humilating him in interviews until he left Quartier Latin. About Ade Lokela it's not a surprise because when he talks about his past, he talks about bands of the early 1980s. The list of musicians from Kinshasa being in Brazzaville is huge. Was Spino here talking about Zadio Kongolo that JB often gives shout-outs to or another ?
Wait so Spino is claiming that Big Stars was a band of gay-people ? I am surprised to know that Spino being among the first members of Big Stars before returning back in 1997. I wonder if Spino isn't the same person in the videoclip of Maintenance
It seems that apart from the dancers of Quartier Latin (generation of Fifi) most dancers of other bands were doing prostitution before joining them. However, it was a bit hypocritical how he exposed Chouchou Herady about her past, but not when he talked about others. I was surprised to hear that Defao didn't want her
Spino talks too much... too much... that's his main issue.
Zoe Bella is probably born in 1968, not 1964.
And what he said about Chouchou Herady was uncalled for and distasteful. Mbuta should've cut it like he did for other parts of this interview.
You can see that Sampaio does not really want to talk about their departure from Victoria, the real reason and why they refused to come back despite visa being there for them.
