Those cheap programmed drums he’s been using at his home studio has made his recent works unlistenable for me. It’s almost unbelievable to be he went from having the best drum/bass/mbonda tuning setup in his classic works to having amateur hour instrumentals, with overboosted bass to compensate.

There’s no way Zoe Bella was born in 1964 lol that would make him older than all the Wenge guys and surely it would’ve been brought up a long time ago. He looks to be at least the 1968 to 1972 generation.
Also Spino sometimes lies in his interviews here he says he came up with lyrics for Koffi’s number one but they were already rehearsing that song in the droit de veto vhs which was way before he arrived.
