make all the sense in the world the music industry is getting oversaturated there for music will lose its value and not be worth as much theres not alot of money in streaming for ex snoop dogg had a billion streams on one song and he only got 45 thousand from spotify which is crazy so even if koffi old songs starts to stream like crazy it wont mean much and artist have to make money somehow so i get it sell while the value is high

is koffi "finished" or a legend delying his retirement theres a difference hes a what we call OG status,Pioneer,Veteran hes not competing with nobody mainly cuz of his age so now hes just want to perform and have fun thats it hes stevie wonder status where is kinda hard to tell a legend thats been performing since the 70s to stop. i dont think theres any shame of having "nothing new to offer" when hes had an excellent career for 80s-00s thats 3decades worth of greatness

on the credits it says he compsed all of the songs so thats interesting if there was a ghost composer but i do think that werra is a showman and his band from back then til now is on point live so much so i rather go to werra concert then a koffi show

i understand how well respected and loved this album is but i from the first spin to me it feels like werra is just getting carried vocally thru out the project by his band who makes alot of the song more interesting with exception of 13 ans, blandine and waka waka other than that the album wouldve been better without him lol

ima say what i said in the comments that this comparison dont even make any sense fally is an urban francophone star but hes very niche outside of that scene vybz kartel is an international star theres a big difference if anything it makes more sense to compare fally to Gims or Aya nakamura and Vybz kartel to Beenie Man
