I’ll give Nouvel Horizon project a solid 6 out of 10. I don’t like their formula of having more than 2 générique on a project beside that too much synthe on certain générique. I wish they would stop following MBOKALISATION style of synthe and go with their own things. I noticed that Sonor didn’t use the distorsion a lot
I didn’t like Espé Bass project cuz Roga talked & sing too much
He left due to the fact that he wasn’t being paid enough by Dénide and also Dénide did a 12 them in Europe. They was supposed to do the first part of Papa Wemba’s Bercy , but something happened behind the scene, and they wasn’t able to do it ( Petit Pays ended up doing Wemba first part if I’m not mistaken)
One of my top 3 album from Extra Musica. I really the whole album to the beginning until the end ( the 3 morceau bonus such as Papato, Kayembe Bikisa Ngai & Karen Amour). The only song I didn’t like until this day is polémique générale, I wish they would replace it with a rumba made by Papy Jah. It’s sad they didn’t tour due to the Ngulu Affair when they came back to Brazzaville. I know the album would be bigger with a touring & promotion
YOU ARE READING MY MIND !! I feel the same as you. The duo Zaparo/ FBI was good because they both bring something different together . They need to recruit somebody else to the atalaku department because with Zaparo alone it becomes monotonous.
I thought with the dislocation, Sonor would step up and come up with something else, but he’s stuck with the distortion ..
i am still struggleing to figureing the presentation of the topic to make it easy to read i am thinking about having specific parts like -studio rules -concert rules -rehearsal rules - the rights of the staff and so on what do you guys think about it?
I would say between studio rules or rehearsals rules
