Out on November 26th

Didnt he say in a interview two weeks ago that only 2-3 songs are finish? Why does he put a cindy song on a QL Album. She didnt promote her own album.

Congolese artists are known to record albums fairly quickly, because they spend months prior teasing new vocals and guitar partitions either at rehearsals or concerts. By the time they arrive in Europe, they've got more than enough material for an album.

If I'm not mistaken, albums like Loi, Sanction, and Miracles required less than a month to record and mix.

That’s wild to me since Congolese albums are more complex than any other genre. A month is not alot of time I think.

Congolese Music / Re: What defines a classic album ?
« on: September 04, 2026, 12:34 »
I think a classic depends on how the album is. You guys are providing excellent context here. The standard quality of albums isn’t like the past so now we revisit those end up being classics.

I would say classic in my eyes is an album I will remember and that the project was pretty solid. I personally love every JB and Werra album (most of them). So I consider most as classics. I think it is an album we can always go back to and say oh man I remember this particular album etc.

I remember Wazekwa had an all-female group in the mid-2000s. i wonder what happened to them. The female Atalaku was good, too.

Did they produce an album?

Talk about lack of effort…I hope the rest of the album is not like this. All I hear is a continuation of Formule 7

I really enjoyed the XX album. I thought that fit Fally a bit more. This one is gonna be long so I hope he can at least make this interesting.

I liked it. That Tout Peut Arriver was my favorite. Amuleto, Marry you, Tequila, bina malembe and heartless also good.

I still think he needs a proper direction to go in.

Btw is it true that Code 16 could be coming out in September?

Wild so it’s Fally, Celeo and now Ferre releasing in one month.
Please do not ever put Celeo in the same sentence as Fally and Ferre. At least we know that people will listen to Fally and Ferre’s projects Celeo on the other hand…  ;D

Oh man come on haha. I loved his last release 😀
