Lol your obsession with Werrason is scary what does the topic have to do with Werra? Did anyone mention him? Are you Papy Kakol in disguise? Or are you just in love with Werra because you always like to bring him up unnecessarily and always complain because you're the only one here who has his head up his backside and praise everything he does and you get hurt when someone criticises him.
Hold up, hold up, son. One, your observation is illogical on so many levels. First, I am a huge fan of Werrason but not obsessed. He is not even first in my favourites list. Secondly, I use musical reasons only to like an artist or not rate them. And on that level, Werrason does a decent job. He has the most active band in the DRC right now(personal opinion, though, but you can dispute it by telling me who you think is more active than him, with reasons, and that is if you have the intellectual range). However, you find that quite a big number of members here always demonize Werrason musically on subjective grounds; for example, when musicians leave Maison Mere, they suddenly become good singers, while when they are with him, we call them faux chanteurs, when Heritier stays close to Werrason we bash him that he needs to be independent. However, when Tutu Kaludji or Metrau folds their solo careers and return to BCBG, it's applauded as right career choice. We even blame Werrason for sins commited by Kakol and while I agree he has a role to guide his staff on good behaviour, that sin is ultimately Kakol's. But you saw how the discussion went, one would imagine it was Werrason doing the battering. When Kapaya brought in the copyright issue, you all saw the lynching Werrason received until a different voice brought in some sanity, when Bill had a guerre with Jamaique, it was Werrson who became the villain. And in this case I agree he could have done better to calm things down but nobody wanted to mention that Bill also had a part in making the situation nasty. But that aside, more blame was put on Werrason that Jamaique the little rascal and Bill for his part in the mess. Today, we have a similar scenario here and I promise you not many will see that it is the same issue as Kapaya's because it is a different artist...So what I was doing was just to point out the double standards......What you could have done is to debunk my observation wirh counterfacts and I will be enlightened. But, I guess that requires more brain mass that is available your end and that is why your only resort was was references to human behinds......If there is anyone obsessed here it is you and the very personal remarks you continuously make against Koffi. Ykb…..on this platform once we decide artist X is bad(our reasons don’t have to be musical, we may hate him because he has a side chick, or because his employee is beating his children), we make it our job to paint everything he does negatively. Imagine if it was our blue-eyed boy doing the daily testing and recruiting: we would say how he is dynamic and offering a chance for artists to showcase talent. But overall, we are all allowed to reveal our bias and subjectivity. Freedom of speech is a human right

Instead of focusing on performing Bill starts embarrassing Jamaique in front of fans, calling him an impolite little one who attacked him on some interview. Bill further said Jamaique has not created anything. Bill went further to give Wasabo money blessing him as the one doing fine in animation. Werrason intervened and asked Bill.... don't you know his name? Bill continued ranting. At that point Jamaique lost his cool and asked Bill for the mic to perform his calls, Bill lashed back at him and said he should get his own mic. Jamaique picked a mic and interjected Bill who was trying to do his old wenge calls. Bill threw away the mic given to him by Werrason and walked away.
Jamaique is Werrason's main animator, by embarrassing him on stage where Werrason was also present was disrespectful and would have had an impact on the whole band. You don't attack your friends employee in public like that in his presence. He further disrespected Werrason by not only refusing to listen to him when he interfered before Jamaique lost his cool but by also throwing away a mic given to him. He further was attempting to create rivalry between Jamaique and Wasabo.
Did anyone plan to embarrass him? No! He started the whole mess. He was performing with Werrason and should not have reduced himself into picking old beef with Jamaique. Should Werrason have done more? Yes, he should have stopped Jamaique from losing his cool, though that would have been a huge spiritual drain on him.
This is the public account of what happened but the whole circus didn't start from there...it started way before Jamaique joined Werrason and it is a spiritual issue. I will share a full article explaining how it started and ecalated into that Fikin circus.
@Maitre Archos, is there any truth to what @Nkosi is saying? I don't understand the language and could not know what was spoken on that stage that day by Bill and by Jmaique. So all along, because the main version here has been that Jamaique was disrespectful towards Bill without reason, I have believed that Bill was completely innocent and did not do anything against Jamaique that day. So which version is true? On that stage, did Bill also do something to belittle Jamaique before Jamaique disrespected him or Jamaique out of nowhere and without provocation attack Bill?
bill came with anger because jamaique since months had been dissing him so he came with the intention that he'll put him in his place then he felt disrespected with the way the instrumentists were following jamaique more than him and lost it because he felt like it was an organised thing knowing they'd humiliate him and knowing his temper as for the spiritual part mentioned by nkosi i also heard something like he was told that he needs to be often next to werra in order to "reclaim a certain power" he had lost,at the right moment,our musicians are very easy to influence about that they believe heavily in theories that if they are having a little or major drop of form it comes from something spiritual from a colleague so it tends to work most of the time on them even if they get scammed by people like that,i dont know if this is what nkosi is hinting about though

Is there any other top Congolese artist(like among the Big 5 or 6) that is consistent in holding such energetic concerts where vocalists, dancers, and instrumentalists are tested week in and week out to the extent Werrason does?. Even though are sometimes in local areas or villages or clubs, the raw connection with the common reveller is unmatched. If there is any other band that does this, I am open to being enlightened. So why is everyone always writing Maison Mere's obituary despite it being the most active band(IMO)?
I thought Delirium would be a fully traditional/classic rhumba album? The Liputa, Cadenas, Une Minute, Travelling Love, Associe kinda songs? Ami, cheri still sounds like the crossover, world type of music
For me this is NOT it. But am sure am gonna eat good from the rhimbas when the full album comes out. @archos, who is the atalaku at 0.47…. It’s not Ambulance, or Showme or Tshandoa or Plata, the Team Wata animators I have heard before yet he sounds familiar. Could he have been in another big group before?
Like I already said sometimes back, Fally has reached the highest level of stardom. Anything he releases however mediocre will become a hit. This song is very tasteless and monotonous from minute 2.15, but it's gonna go viral and the majority, even on this platform, will praise it to high heaven how it is a fire generique. That is the beauty of becoming Number 1 in your craft. All the upcoming artists or even number 2,3 or 4 will relesae very well prepared songs but will never get the attention, praise or views that Fally will get.....just a fact of life and it's not just limited to music..other spheres of life as well
How does this work in DRC? Why would Ferre be sending the appeal to his fans yet from what I have come to gather here it's always the artist who incites his/her fans to go against the rival. So Ferre incited his fans against Fally then issues a statement for them to calm down? Is that not hypocritical?
