in the last minutes of the video he first does some bad taste irony to express feelings about death of zobozi then goes more seriously to say he wished zobozi had contacted him to find a strategy because our leaders will punish you hard if you attack them hard so there is tactics to do it and remain safe for long( chaka kongo did several mysterious car accidents as attacks from musicians)
and when you  want to attack musicians over satanism you need to be under strong protection from God
and he says he was in that world in the past then went to God and he knows all artists quite well on spiritual level and reveals that  he witnessed an event where staff of an artist were discussing the fact he had messed up his ceremonies as they are requesting him to sacrifice own official children and not anymore use the various tricks to sacrifice street shegues and that artist is refusing and has not given birth to an official child for a while so he is very likely to be punished very hard
