Guys like Fabregas are too self–righteous to have someone else to control how they truly feel about other musicians. They have PR people, but they grouped into promo staff... doing album/concert posters and sending clips to big YouTube channels like ndombolinho.

I'd say Manon Loubaki, Fally's Personal assistant, is closest to being a true PR person, being his long time assistant. Ferre has Charles Tabu as manger and PR person, but he seems to only manage what goes on in Europe, and has zero control of what Marchouse and Tresor say in Kin.

Even the role of spokesman is an extension of an artists voice and the things they say behind-the-scenes, but won't say themselves on-air since insults and combative behavior can get a star in trouble with politicians who support the other artists.
