So after the second time Koffi just decided to start the Europe tour, because he didn't want to lose more time to record Affaire d'Etat which was normally planned for December 2002. They tried to plan it again for the winter of 2003, but then they preferd to replace it for a farewell-concert at Zenith de Paris since they where already in the mid of the Europe-tour and the end of the Affaire d'Etat-album recordings.

That shows they were competitive and wanted to be the best by doing big things. Hopefully artists will start doing that again when European concerts finally get to happen again.
