What does this mean for Heritier? Will he make a classic second album with this guy? And how can this guy have an album with Koffi and Wemba and be in a conflict with the both of them?
Working with Rubesh doesn't mean anything necessarily, but he has put himself in good position working with top producers. In some respects he still needs guidance on professionalism.

Rubesh got shafted big time by Wemba and Koffi because the
Wake up project was meant an album, video clips, and a series of big concerts. A part from the album, only the
Wake Up remix (which no one had access to) and the expensive
Wake Up clip was produced.
They were paid hundreds of thousands to participate and coincidentally, the feud restarted soon after album completion - with staff from both camps instigating polemic. So Rubesh was after them for years for either a reconcilation with a big joint concert or payback the money they made on the project.
People don't realize the amount of effort it took to create the album, it was the equivalent of a temporary ceasefire, which is why everything was done neutrally. This meant only using session artists (Makaba also) and zero promotion of their respective bands and equal distribution of song authorship.
They themselves were always open to collaborating, their staff (and the rumors they fabricate) made it a big conflict of interest.
