That's a different guy. The guy of Awilo's videoclip is Olivier Mundele, who toured with Awilo in Africa and appeared in the videoclips of Karolina and the Coupe-Bibamba album. He danced also in some concerts of JB and tried to release a solo album, which never came out.



Kilebu was a heavy-metal drummer in the past and came to Zimbabwe where played for a band then came to Kinshasa to start a band.

As far as I know he hasn't, which is unfortunate because he really knows his music. I've considered sending it to Ndombolinho (or however you spell it), so he can post it to his channel for more views, but I think he charges for submissions now.

Kilebu is a secondary school geography teacher in the States and spends the summer months in DRC playing music. His love for the country and culture is really admirable:
