Could someone tell me what the actual mixing entails?

simply he mixes all the individual tracks that koffi has recorded whether its vocals, instruments, effects, adlibs etc for a mastering process. In the mixing stage he fine tunes every track using equalization, balancing the levels of the tracks that have been recorded, “Panning” the tracks between speakers to create a stereo image, and Adding reverb, compression, and other effects to enhance his song.

Seems like a interesting but challenging job, I use Audacity for editing. Curious to hear how this album will sound.

Even myself as an artist, it's alot of work mixing.. Even sometimes you doubt what you're hearing...
