What does Nicole Muzumba & Lotambe to do with this album ? Were they only the songwriters or what ? Suprise to see Abby Surya also sung with them. I discovered that Kabose never particilated when Abby was there, i hear her on the chorus of Joachim Vuamba. It was also the secound time that Bozi promoted alot of guys instead of many girls (especially the dancers), because people found that Anti Choc become to old, but he decided to go back to his roots with Heros ya Congo in 2003.

I thought that Michaux Chamberton was there until i saw the credits and hear this album. Did he left the band before Kabose's arrival ? Since he was already a member of Quartier Latin after the release of Droit de Veto.

The crazy thing is that Nadim Mohd (the boss of Sonima Music) putted 4 songs on his name: Mposa (Backline), Dimanche (Bana Saint Gabriel), Sans espoir (Faut pas desesperer) and Joachim Vuama (Jeu Muke).

Vieux Poly was so dangerous on the lead (except Ekoko Ngondo played by Rigo Star).

For me i liked the generic, Nico Nemiala, Mukuba, Mobembo and Pourquoi pas moi.

What happened to Theo Mbala after Fara Fara Unite Congolaise and this album ?

Jeu Muke is an album I've grown to love recently. It may not be a classic Anti-Choc album like Pere Noel Confiance, Bana Saint Gabriel and Position Eyebani but it's still full of fun and exciting sebenes (Polystar needs another chance on the lead guitar, he killed those sebenes), and the contributions from the vocal lineup and Theo Mbala give it a youthful flair that may have been missing from the past couple of albums.

I'm no historian, but I believe that the all-male vocal lineup on this album (and Film Ebaluki) was Bozi's way of trying to keep up with the Big 4 bands of the DRC and regain his success. Even so, Jeu Muke unfortunately flopped big time. I don't know what happened next, but I know that not long after the album's release or after the clips were filmed, the band splintered, Kabose and Polystar joined Maison Mere and Bozi had to return to Kinshasa to rebuild Anti Choc yet again. Maybe Mvulusi, Matebu or Archos can explain more.

In summary, Jeu Muke is an underrated album that is only just starting to receive the attention it deserves.

Yeah, Jeu Muke was an underrated album, but don't think this album would be a succes if the guys (Kabose, Solbaka, Vieux Poly, Theo Mbala & Seidou Lowata RIP) was still together.

No, i have only 7 (Jeu muke, Mukuba, Mobembo, Nico Nemiala, Joachim Vuamba, Pourquoi pas moi & the sebene of Sylvie Moboya).

Btw nobody from Anti-Choc was happy about the recruitement of all the guys (Betty Bis, Florence, Lapino, etc.). Especially when Theo Mbala joined, they saw that their time in Anti Choc was over. Even Solbaka was left behind in Kinshasa after the release of Position Eyebani, but Bozi give him back in Jeu Muke until Niclette Kombozi and another guys came.
