He must be related to Mobutu's family, because he got the family-name of the man (Alberic Gbemani) who adopted Joseph Desire Mobutu. They used to call him jeune premier back in the 80s. Years long I thought, that he had some Portugese blood. Thinking that he was a mulatto-child of those Greek and Portugese businessmen who used often make children with women from the Equateur-region during the Congo-Belge era or that he must be one of those Angolan businessmen (back in those days you used have alot of Angolan people living in Kinshasa, especiallyin Ndjili, Kimbanseke and Barumbu), because of the way people were singing Silva Gwema (not knowing that he was just a nickname).
