Hello guys, I grew up listening to Wemba songs from albums such as Somo trop and Pôle Position etc, but I wanted to properly get into his discography. Could you suggest Key albums to get through and where to start.

It's difficult, because Wemba started Viva La Musica in 1977, but there are many 45s of the period 1977-1987 who still very rare. Elio77 does his best get all those rare discs of Wemba, Zaiko, Isifi and co on youtube.

I think that you can start with the Matebu-album of 1982.
