Lidjo Kwempa, Maray Maray & Awilo Longomba didn’t show, which made Viva La Musica win. Awilo Lontomba left already before the concert, after getting insulted by the concert-promoter as moto pamba (hence why he named husbands first album like that), because of refusing to perform. Accusing him to be sent by Wemba’s staff for nkissi to kill the band. Lidjo Kwempa & Maray Maray would be fired by Fafa de Molokai for not showing up to the concert (both guys where warned by nganga’s that all guys participating to that concert would end up badly). After that Nouvelle Generation went down and would disband some years later, with most returning to Viva, others becoming a brother in christ, etc.
