At his age I expected calmness, maturity, honesty, class and humbleness but instead we get the opposite of everything I just mentioned.

Beside of having used some drugs (which mades artists sometimes saying uncontrollable stuff during interviews, Gloria and the late Bipoli for example), I think because of the way people used to attack him the last years in concerts who were made to pay a tribute to Papa Wemba (I remember him once saying that he won't perform anymore with former Viva-members and talk about Viva in interviews because of that), calling him a traitor for having recorded Porokondo (forgetting that he was after that part of the Cour des Grand team, performing at Zenith and Bercy and participating to the Bakala Dia Kuba-album), saying also that he had done nothing for Viva La Musica (while he defended the time that they were in war against Victoria Eleison with the songs Ceci Cela, Muzingile, Dipanda, Mystique and Lissiki and giving songs to his boss Wemba). Another thing that made him furious, is the way how Reddy attacked him indirectly, he's one of the people who were talking bad about him to Wemba, whcich made Wemba left him behind in Kinshasa along with Stella Uomo and Gathier Mukoka in 1987 because of Jadot & Reddy (karma would hit Jadot very hard). He was also left behind for the long 1985-86 8months tour of Europe that brought them on the end to Japan, but Godart Motemona bought a ticket for him, since that he organised the tour and people waiting for him Europe, because he was then the biggest start of Viva and couldn't miss.


But in other interviews like for example the one he made with Papy Gene two years ago, he was very calm.

I hope that he won't get problems today during the tribute-concert they will  give for Fafa de Molokai (because in this interview he attacked him twice).

Many Kester-fanatics won't be happy about the way lower Emeneya, by saying that Emeneya did the fara-fara concert with Nouvelle Generation, because of not being able to pay the rent of his house in Paris (which is partly true), saying he was more popular than the kester of Viva during his time in Viva (which isn't true, because Emeneya was more influentful and more succesful than Lidjo in Viva). But the stuff what he said about the songs Emeneya sung, is true, most songs Emeneya made in Victoria Eleison (1982-1986) and Viva La Musica, were songs he used to sing in Kikwit along with Lidjo, Kito Dembela and Joly Mubiala. Many people from Kikwit of that era know that and back during the Viva vs Victoria rivalery of the 80s, Viva fanatics would claim that Lidjo was better than Emeneya, claiming that all hits Emeneya sung were those of Lidjo. But those who will react angry later in videos, will be mostly those who are born in the 80s, not knowing alot of Emeneya's story in Kikwit and the Viva-Victoria rivalery, only hanging with Emeneya. Stino also sung songs of Anges Noires, some songs are really old, for example the song Mista. Mista is an old that Paul Ndombe (father of Baby Ndombe) used to sing in Kwikit before joining Tabu Ley's band in the late 60s.

Lidjo was a little bit right about what he said, because when Viva came to Europe in 1987, they were really down and broke (they had to pay the flighttickets back), performing barely. It's only Reddy's Ep Zakina, that was saving them a little bit. Then when he came Bozi, being joined later by Awilo who came on his own and Stino Mubi. They started to get succes with Modogo's albums Jour J, Place Vendome & Ba Venants, the one of Ping Pong, Stino's Femme Sans Bijoux and Reddy's Queen Lina. But Lidjo wasn't the main star like in Kinshasa. The main stars were Reddy Amisi & Stino Mubi, being later joined Joly Mubiala who released the album Cadeau d'Amitie.

Lol, Lidjo was close to reveal that Richacha became sick, because of Awilo who wanted to take his place, which why he stayed behind in Kinshasa when they went to Europe and Japan. But karma would hit Awilo, because he was left behind in 1987. Lidjo forgot, the Viva-members were present (including Djanana, Gloria and Joly) when during the rehearshal that made them create la Nouvelle Generation, the only guys who weren't present were Reddy Amisi and Jose Fataki.

Gloria and Stino left in 1998 to form their own band Cour des Grand along with Lidjo who came freshly from Kinshasa. I remember Lidjo having released an album with the same name, being produced by his Japanese friends. The same Japanese guys released Emeneya's live album of Japan in 1993 and his remix album of 1991. I remember them following Emeneya in the 90s for interviews and Lidjo Kwempa during the US-tour he made in 2001 with Viva La Musica Cour-des Grands.

I didn't like how Ado cut him down, when he was about to talk the fara-fara Nouvelle Genration made against King Kester Emeneya in 1994. Also Lidjo forgot to talk about his time in Kinshasa, when he teamed up with Maray Maray and Jadot Le Cambodgien, creating a Nouvelle Generation Aile Kinshasa version
