Why can't Werra just use his wealth to make a good place for rehearsals? In this one he doesn't need a donor funding. That is his direct investment.

Yeah I agree, the current place where they’re rehearsing just doesn’t feel Maison Mere. That’s a place where I’d expect BCBG to rehearse but not Maison Mere.

you mean for a group who does not do public rehearsals right?or that where they rehearse is too "vip" for a group whose DNA is "from the population by the population"

Damn! Werra and his poor man’s mentality just buy and develop your own rehearsal venue. I’m sure he will benefit more in the long term. He’s always looking for handouts act like a businessman and stop relying on others

guys for whatever reason own rehearsal venues seem to be a big problem for our artists,jb and koffi built and sold theirs,wazekwa's building his as some sort of mini hotel were  musicians can sleep too if they finish too late,neighbors are complaining that it will bring too much noise and pushing for  authorities denying them authorization to continue their building process... there is more examples of musicians struggleing or being bothered  than the opposite

I think wazekwa has the right formula of course you don’t just build a building that is not self sustaining for god’s sake you are a performer just just leverage your talents and hold concerts in your own licensed venue to generate a handsome fee.
