It shouldn't be surprising at all because Congolese music and dance has influenced other genres across Africa and beyond especially this Nigerian music is full of rumba influence. That is why is its sad to see some Congolese artists copying a style they have hugely influenced thinking that will propel them to stardom at the expense of originality.
