Had Adolphe Dominguez openly ever admitted that he was inspired by Koffi Olomidé ? Because in the first WMM-concerts he often would scream "aaaaaah" like Koffi during sebenes or when Ferre would sing. He also started his rumba Verset Oublier like that.



There used to be a album on youtube called Solola Bien US Studio, which was like a pre-record of Solola Bien, where the songs were a bit different compared to the final product and the vocals of  singers sung without or barely with names. In the same album, Adolphe sung Papson and at some point citing  Koffi Olomidé to Félix Wazekwa to help him out by, if i remember well to write a poem for his lover. Everytime when the album get re-uploaded by Igwejunior1030, the video dissapears.

Then years later, a beef started between Koffi and Adolphe at the same time when Koffi was beefing with JB. Back then Koffi was often saying in private that Adolphe hadn't the right to attack him, because he often imitates him and Adolphe then replying in song Clemenstone and I think also Mouna "he thinks that I copy him, but we just buy songs at the same place".




After hard attacks against Koffi (refering about the rumors that Koffi wanted to sell his villa of montfleury escape Kinshasa and fully settle in France, his problems with justice due to zobozi, assitou mbo, the dancers chouchou, laura and co suing him, etc.) in the Jugement Dernier album, Adolphe and Koffi made because of Maisha Parc finally made peace. During the era of Maisha Parc, bandleaders would often praise each other in interviews, which made me wonder if Adolphe in that era ever admitted to be inspired by Koffi Olomidé in rumba's.
