Why did Congolese artists stop performing at Aquaboulevard ?
In the 1990s, besides performing at Parc des Expositions, LSC, Le Bataclan and to some extent Villejuif, Congolese artists also used to perform a lot at Aquaboulevard. What was the reason they suddenly stopped performing there?
