I remember Doudou Kibinda and Cele Mfumu doing separate interviews in the 2010s, saying that no band or solo artist was able to fill the Stade Vélodrome in Kintambo and that it will never happen unless the artist being from Kintambo. They claimed that they were the only ones to achieve that in 2001, when Kibinda Nkoy reunited for a European tour that  never happened. They also added that artists who were at the prime of their careers (Werrason, JB Mpiana, Papa Wemba, etc.) all failed when having an event there.  Seeing these images made me think that what Doudou said might be true

 even wata as a half muana kintambo failed there,there must be something special about it
