Do y'all think that if Christian Mwepu didn't stay in Canada, that Dider Masela would not have returned briefly to Maison Mère ?

Reading Al Nzimbi's interview made me wonder how arrangers work. He said that he spent eight months in Abidjan working on T.H. Did Wenge BCBG send him pre- versions of the songs to Ivory Coast ? I also wonder why Monsieur Simon and JB Mpiana no longer wanted to work with Al Nzimbi. Was it because of him being close with Alain Makaba or were there other reasons?

Did Defao scam Rigo Makengo with the Bana Congo-project ? Because I've never heard of an album called Parade des Artistes. Also the artists that are cited are exactly the same artists that participated to Bana Congo volume 1 & 2. If I remember well, Debleu Kinanga said  that Defao played Mr. Simon, Rigo Makengo and Rocco Massala by selling Guerre de 100 Ans to them three. But I believe that he mistook Guerre de 100 Ans with Bana Congo, because I've never seen a cd of Guerre de 100 Ans with a different logo than that of SIPE Production. Also when listening to Bana Congo you'll hear different shout-outs to Rigo Makengo and his wife Mamie la Douce, while the album isn't produced by them

I believe bcbg redid another work with philippe guez with help of titina and co,he's probably talking about the initial 'pre-project" which started when titanic was barely released, because simon was pressing jb to work quickly on another album since the contract was pretty much him in reality

Ah I see. They did like Feux de l'Amour also a pre-recording session for Titanic at Studio Bobongo right ? Not to be rude, but Al Nzimbi not participating to Titanic as arrangerwas a blessing in disguise. Otherwise it would probably with programmed drums
