They do make a point when they say why doesn't the producer do a concert for his country Haiti.

But they sound inconsistent when they say the listen to the music but they don't want it to be played in Paris. OK play it in Lyon haha lol  :mrgreen:

They have not made any point at all. There was a crisis in Haiti, it wasn't a permanent one like the congo one where there is war and people are being killed,displaced and raped so the producer wants to help those in congo through one of their musicians so these chaps should just shut the fuck up or they'll end up in jail due to useless peer pressure.

that argument of why does not the producer care about haiti first is typically congolese,i dont see anybody from other countries being able to think like that
there is no rule arount the world that producer of a concert has tp be from the same nationality that the artist
the ivoirien monsoh, the guinean sylla,the cameroonians jps and simon to name a few were producing congolese concerts for fun not so long ago but it did not bother anybody
and the origin of the producer appears just because the guy says what some people do no want to hear,had the very same haitian claude alain said combattants were right to act like that and so on,his vidoes will be spread by combattants themselves saying " you see even foreigners understand what we are doing"
the example of that french deputee who said no to the concert speaks a lot,why nobody from the camp of the combattants say she should shut up because she is french?
And to finish,the arguments of sly are right,and even without that argument i dont see any reason to block a concert let alone having to discuss for months over a charity concert,if this issue was totally french i can guarantee there would never have been any concert blocked its because its african and french police does not really care about us except when having to kick people out of france and stuff like that
going to  a concert is a human right,having fun in general,and there is many other ways to act against a concert that threatening people and stuff like that
actually the biggest one is staying at home to boycott the concert
having a zenith in front of 20 guys in total freedom would hurt jb koffi werra and co much more than the threats

also what if the producer just likes congolese music a lot? lol what is the name of this haitian producer? i wonder maybe he is like my father who is haitian but grew up in the congo? approximately 400 haitian families relocated to congo-kin in the early 60s, many of whom left once the congo also got shaky but still have ties to the congo via family and genuine love for the music and culture.
